Worked me in on short notice to diagnose engine problem. Then Connie hustled to get the parts in to repair that very day as my car was being transported out of state the very next day. Wayne was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and showing me what needed to be replaced. This is an honest, reputable and professional auto repair shop that I highly recommend.

This was the best experience I have ever had with any business. I needed a transmission flush and had an appointment at 8:00am with a different business. By 8:45am, my vehicle was still in the parking lot and I was told the “tech was getting dressed out”. Needless to say, I withdrew my request for service. I’m a single father and have two young kids, its early in the morning and I had completely wasted a full hour just waiting for a test drive. I found Pete Nelson Automotive via Google Search and when I called, Connie and Bill were very polite, courteous and professional; Bill also quoted me a significantly lower price than the competitor. When we arrived, they acknowledged that maybe I was the caller, which was very refreshing, considering my experience with the other Automotive business. Connie had given the children toys to play with and even turned on cartoons, unreal. Bill was polite enough to walk me back and show me a few problems with the car and then provided his professional opinion. In addition, he showed me the color of my transmission fluid and compared it to what it should look like. I would recommend Pete Nelson over any other competitor, the pricing and customer service are far above anything you will find elsewhere. I have made follow up appointments and intend to only use Pete Nelson Automotive for my vehicle maintenance. If I could give a higher rating that 5 Stars, I would. You will NOT be disappointed!! Thank you, they truly salvaged my day!!

Once again, the absolute BEST SERVICE/REPAIR anyone could ask for from the folks at Pete Nelson Automotive. They have been our trusted mechanics for many years, & with good reason. We actually were on a 2,500 Mile road trip & limped our Buick along from Washington State, suspecting we had wheel bearings going out, to have it repaired here. This same vehicle belonged to my mother, who recently had to stop driving, & she always brought it to Pete’s for service & repairs as well. They also have great deals on quality tires, by the way! Thanks go out to every one of you at Petes- the concierge service cannot be more of a blessing, thank you Daniel. We live in the mountains of New Mexico now, but will continue to bring our vehicles here to Sun City AZ- to a place we can trust to be honest, fair and thorough-every time!

I had my car worked on this weekend and Pete Nelson’s. I really appreciate the integrity and service they give. Most of us never know when the mechanic says we need something are they being honest. Well at Pete’s they tell you when you don’t need something as well. Thanks again for the service and small town flavor of integrity.

Hello everyone. My name is Craig . I have a story id like to share . On March 30 th i came in to Pete Nelson to have an inspection for a 2004 Box Truck i was going to purchase for a public person . I do not have any Automotive experience so i brought it to Pete’s. I’m sure glad i did because the truck owner told me there were “minor repairs” to be made with the truck which i assumed also . But to my surprise , the mechanic on duty found over $2500.00 worth of repairs the truck owner failed to inform me of .!!! I FELT SO ANGRY AND BETRAYED !!! But it should not surprise me because private owners ARE NEVER HONEST !!! IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND WHATS WRONG WITH A PUBLIC VEHICLE!!! So again , i am so glad i followed my first mind and took that truck to get inspected by a PROFESSIONAL !!! THANK YOU AGAIN …PETE NELSON AUTOMOTIVE.
